Forsyth Community Clinic is a free medical clinic that provides no-cost, non-emergent healthcare to uninsured residents of Forsyth County, Georgia aged 18 – 65 years, who qualify based on their financial status.
Forsyth Community Clinic's goal is to lessen the gap in primary healthcare services for those without health insurance and serve as a vital resource for individuals in need of medical treatment and support. FCC aims to be the first place for people to come when they need help and if we cannot treat the person, we will work to find who can.
The clinic is currently open to treat patients on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm at the clinic. In addition, Forsyth Community Clinic hosts and participates in mobile pop-up clinics across the county on a regular basis so we recommend checking our monthly schedule to find out where we will be. Anyone interested in learning more about the clinic or wanting to file the necessary qualifying paperwork is welcome to visit the clinic Monday - Thursday between 10am and 4pm.
To enroll as a patient, individuals must qualify for services. All patients must be adults, have no insurance (Medicaid or Medicare) and live in Forsyth County. We recommend contacting us directly to find out if you qualify financially.
