The Forsyth Community Clinic is passionate about ensuring the health and wellbeing of its most vulnerable residents and we are committed to providing free healthcare to low-income, uninsured residents of Forsyth County. To fulfill this mission FCC depends on the generosity and kindness of its donors to maintain our operations. A donation can be a financial contribution or an in-kind donation such as equipment or supplies. Care is made possible through the donations of goods and services as well as the efforts of members of our community, volunteers and financial support.
